When it comes to equality in the workplace, I think we can all agree that there's a huge disparity between where we are as women, and where men get to.
If a man displays alpha traits, that's seen as a good thing - he's a leader.
If a woman does the same, guess what? Suddenly she's bossy, she's commanding and dictatorial, or worse!
How's that fair?
We need to demand gender equality. We need be break the glass ceiling. That's why I'm such a big fan of Beate and her work.
